Office Manager

We're seeking an energetic Office Manager to join our team in Sydney and represent our business and our brands. The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and our customers satisfied. The role requires a diligent, enthusiastic, motivated person with a strong eye for detail and good initiative.   
Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and managing customer orders
  • Placing and receiving supplier orders
  • Managing shipping/logistics
  • Manage all accounts payable and receivable (using Unleashed and Xero)
  • Reception - answering phone, email enquiries, greet visitors etc.
  • Assist in marketing activities
  • Assist warehouse/storeman when required
  • Assist with organisation of trade shows, road shows, training, travel
  • Reconcile expense claims
  • Manage petty cash
  • Book and manage staff travel
  • Monitor and order office consumables and other requirements
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in an Office Manager position
  • Proven experience in a role with a strong customer service focus
  • Must be efficient and reliable
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritise work with strong organisational, planning and coordinating skills
  • Adaptable and able to respond in a positive and constructive manner to changing business circumstances
  • Strong computer skills with experience / knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Some experience in sales highly desirable
