• Is CMA now selling to end-users?

No - the B2B portal is accessible to CMA account holders only, not the general public. CMA is a wholesale business. 

• How do I access the portal?

Dealers can request access first time access via this link https://connected-media-australia.store.unleashedsoftware.com/requestAccess or by contacting our office 02 8404 7191 / orders@connectedmediaaustralia.com.au. Once your access is approved, you simply log in via a web browser https://connected-media-australia.store.unleashedsoftware.com/login. There is no app to download or install.

• Can I use the portal from my phone or tablet?

Yes, the portal uses a responsive web browser interface that operates on any device and scales accordingly. There is no app to download or install. We recommend bookmarking the login page and placing a shortcut on your device home-screen for instant access. 

• What products are on the portal?

Everything in our pricelists is on the portal.

• Does the portal provide quantity discount?

Yes, where applicable this is displayed and applied automatically to your order.

• What is a Standing Order?

If you place repeat orders on the B2B store, you can automate and speed up the process by creating standing orders - very handy for consumable products like cable. The portal will prompt you two days before the recurring date to pause, amend or place immediately. You can view and amend your standing order at any time. Standing Orders can also be used as a tool for producing your quotes as it tallies up the order value and prompts you with a reminder.

• Can I pay my statement/account through the portal?

The portal accepts credit payment from prepaid customers but account statements cannot be paid through the portal at this stage.
