Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Connected Media Australia (CMA) delivers products using Couriers Please (Sydney metro only) and Star Track (national). Orders over $150ex GST are shipped freight-free (standard road freight). Priority air service can be arranged at dealer expense. For orders under $150ex GST a flat rate of $15ex GST will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within (1) business day for items in stock. Shipping times are estimated at between (1) and (5) business days, depending on your location.
CMA ships goods Australia wide. We do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on +61 (0) 2 8404 7191 to enquire about a special order.
CMA does not sell directly to end-users. CMA is a B2B wholesaler and sells only to our authorised dealer network.
Pricing / Webstore:
The webstore is only available to authorised dealers logged onto the website. All pricing is shown is AUD$ ex GST.
Return of Goods (No Longer Required / Change Of Mind): Stock return requests must be made within 30 days from invoice and subject to advanced approval by CMA management. Packaging must be unopened and untampered. Approved returns will be subject to a restocking charge of $35ex per item. Customer is responsible for safe return of goods. Clearance specials may not be returned.
When purchasing from CMA, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Payment Express. Card data is not hosted by CMA after processing.
